Borgo Antico is a typical country village that has retained the charm and simplicity of the old farm houses. Situated on a hill overlooking Val d'Ambra area, it enjoys a unique view over the southern region of Chianti. Borgo Antico has six buildings: - n. 4 single family houses (including "Villa Il Biancospino", which is particular important with the private swimming pool); - n. 2 semi-detached houses (these are the ones with particular historical value).

We built two wells in order that each village can provide water to the structures that are equipped with water softening units;
All houses have a buried gas tank to be used for heating, hot water and cooking;
Five driveways were realized with gates and video intercom;
For each village terrestrial antenna and a satellite dish have been set up;
All materials involved come from the Tuscan tradition and are first quality: Impruneta terracotta floors and stairs, chestnut beams (from six to nine meters), terracotta tiles, Cerdomus bath and kitchen resurfacing coatings , Sbordoni sanitary fixtures, frames with shutters or doors in Framirè solid wood, Toulipiè solid wood interior doors realized by Valdarno Infissi S.r.l. company, Fratelli Rossi taps, Runtal radiators, Sile boilers, sandstone doorsteps and windowsills etc;
At four hundred linear metres from “Borghi della Selvaccia” has been realized the “Poggio Cennina” resort: thirteen houses and antique villas, that are elegantly furnished with local craft made pieces. The property also includes eightyfive hectares of woods, biological grapevine and olives, a wine bar, a dining room, a sizable sports centre (tennis court, soccer field, gym, Turkish bath, mountain bike, Jacuzzi and a 5.000smq lake).
